Before the beginning of 2009 – The message of man was about bringing forth a Change, this resonated throughout the earth - and Change was manifested – Now I the Lord will bring forth a message of Change in the earth.
2010 will be my year of declared Change!
I will change ministries, governments, finances, marriages, children and children’s children, relatives, work and business and bring forth healing to your lives. I will bring forth a Change and show forth my Glory, and all those that are hungry and all those that are thirsty shall come to the places that I have declared to be places of refreshing.
If I come and I find my people wanting I will take them to a place of refreshing where my Word and my Spirit will have liberty. All those who reject my Word and My Spirit will become dried up cisterns, dried up rivers, and those who refuse to go with My plans and My ways shall be left upon the banks of My river they shall dry up and crust over and the plans of men shall come to naught, heed too what the Spirit is saying to the churches.
Keep your lamps trimmed and stay full of oil, run and stay with my river, the river of My Word and the River of My Spirit, for there is coming a time when those who I have given opportunity and rejected the moving of My Spirit will run out of oil and will be looking but cannot find any or even buy any.
So look unto Me and I shall bring forth a Change and that which you have need of, shall come to pass and you shall not be in want any longer for I AM the Lord your Shepherd and you shall not lack for any good thing, for it will be manifested because I have declared it.

A declaration of Change has now been marked in
History and the words have been spoken.
So believe it, declare it over your situation right now! Make a declaration and I will make it come to pass in your life right Now – I the Lord Declare your circumstances to change NOW!
As the day approaches to my soon return,
stay full of my Word and stay with the
moving of My Spirit for there
the Change shall come forth.
